You first have to be logged in, then you can either access the content manager from the admin menu at the top or you can go directly to the content you wish to delete, and at the top of the page you will see an actions menu where you can select to delete any content specifically.
If you go to your content manager you can search for content by date or category/keyword, when you find which piece you want to delete, just use the delete option on the line entry of the content you wish to delete, once you confirm delete it will be gone permanently
